Welcome to the CPUN Staff Page – here is where you can see your guide to becoming staff, how to be a good staff member, and how to rise through the staff-ranks. Also included on this page will be the ranks.

How to become a staff member:

1. Be active on the site – Commenting daily
2. Being active on the chat
3. Being an army leader

We are not a news station – we don’t want news about every army in the entire world – we want news for OUR armies – the CPUN Community of Armies – and while that might be small, ask some of the Veterans to list a couple of older CPUN Armies so you can do history posts.

How to apply for Staff member:

• Open up an email, in the ‘To:’ box, put Wyoskyguy@gmail.com
• In the subject box, put ‘CPUN Application form’
• In the first line, put your xat/CP Username
• In the second line – put your wordpress email
• In the next line, write a 150+ word essay (for a standard staff member) or a 200+ word essay (for a reporter) of why you think you should be in CPUN. It’s not that hard, I do it all the time.

While we may not have always had to write essays to get into CPUN – CPUN is serious, and you have to be serious about CPUN to get into CPUN, were not gonna have some total losers posting 30 word crap on serious CPUN. We want 300+ word, well thought out posts. This was a downfall in the past, and no more shall it be.

Tips on being a good staff member

• Post often – This may not seem like a big deal to you, and it might seem like a lot of work, but you will become a better writer and you will be more liked.
• Post well – dont type like thsi with l0tz of erors. It looks bad, and makes you look bad. To be your best, you gotta look your best.
• Don’t be biased – This means, don’t go around saying ‘Hey, the Chicken Warriors are the best army ever!’ Explain why you think the Chicken Warriors is the best army, leave facts and evidence, then end with ‘So, do you think the Chicken Warriors are the best? Comment with your opinions!’ It may sound cheesy, but it will get readers thinking, and then it will get readers commenting and viewing your post.
• Use the ‘Read More >’ command – Don’t show your entire post on the main page unless its short – We want everyone’s post to show up – So don’t be a space hogger. It’s not fair for other people.

Tips on rising through the ranks

• Post often – the most posts you have, the better chances of you getting ‘promoted’
• Be Active – This doesn’t only mean on the site, it also means on the chat- No more ‘Only go on chat for General Assemblies’, Go on chat, more then likely other CPUN Members will be there and that means you’ll be able to get more popular.

Were a community-alliance that is the voice for the voiceless. We act as a guardian for those who aren’t strong enough – We won’t help in battles, but we will help in arguements between armies.
