Updates

This is an ongoing post and is not complete.

This post includes how tournaments will be graded, defining what the CPUN will be, and what General Assemblies are. However, this post is no where near completion and all articles discussed are available for discussion.

  1. Tournament / Battle Regulations
      1. The army with the greater average size wins in size. [x/33]
      2. The army with a higher percentage of tactics done wins in tactics. [x/33]
      3. The army with a higher percentage of people doing the tactic wins in activity. [x/33]
      4. Example-
        1. Army A gets 27/33, 30/33, and 27/33
          1. Composite score- 84/100 [84%]
        2. Army B gets 24/33, 15/33, and 33/33
          1. Composite score- 72/100 [72%]
      5. Army A wins.
    1. Multiple Judges
      1. Multiple judges consist of a minimum of three judges, the Secretary General, the Prime Minister, and the Minister of Defense.  There can be up to two more optional judges, which will be either assigned by the Club Penguin Army Focus or selected at random from the CPUN Community.
    2. Grading
      1. The judges composite scores will be averaged. Thus leaving a final composite score to which the army will get a percentile grade on.
  2. Policing Force
    1. CPUN, in the case of hacking, doxing, DDoSing, or any other form of cheating, will act appropriately – depending on the situation.
      1. Cheating is an unfair advantage over another army.
        1. Cheating may or may not be limited to hacking, receiving outside help, bribing, multi-logging, and botting.
  3. A Voice for Small and Medium Armies – Defending the Rights of Small and Medium Armies
    1. The Club Penguin United Nations, with the support of the nations in CPUN, will stand up against armies and individuals who want to take away Small and Medium Armies.
  4. General Assemblies (GA)
    1. Each army has one representative to the GA , with one of the administration (Secretary General, Prime Minister, or Minister of Defence) leading the meeting. Emergency meetings are considered mandatory and all representatives must attend if available. General Assemblies decide major changes in the Club Penguin United Nations, and it is acceptable if troops decide they want to attend the General Assembly.
  5. CPUN Applications
    1. All applications for the Club Penguin United Nations must be made on applications page, and will be added with 24 hours. After the army has accepted into the Club Penguin United Nations, they will be put onto the Members page. Any army that does not apply on the applications page will not be a member of the Club Penguin United Nations.
