We need every army/nation that joins to get a representative on the General Assembly for voting on decisions, 15 armies/nations on the security Council (5 permanent [I think this is for the first 5 joiners], 10 not). The Security Council is responsible for the Security of Club Penguin. We also need a lot more armies to join, right now we only have 2 armies declare they are joining and the Blue Falcons thinking about joining, especially since the SC is supposed to have 15 members.

I have some suggestions, Mr dee. We should make rules for our alliance/negotiating board.
1. We help out anyone in the CPUN who is attacked, unless this army has been breaking rules.
2. If two armies in the CPUN declare war on each other, the SC, Courts, and GA will decide who has the better cause.
3. Armies must respect the Declaration of Penguin rights

10 Reasons why your army sucks:
1. It has no point, and nothing to discuss. Talk does not spontaneously erupt onto any army’s chat left unattended for a while.
2. It has too many pages without point. 0×0x0×0x0 still equals 0, and the more noughts people see the more they think your army sucks, because it does.
3. Your theme is crap. You can’t choose backgrounds, and it’s either too boring, unsuitable for an army, or simply ridiculous and an eyesore.
4. You are an idiot. Advertising by giving away high ranks gets you people who are owners on chat and do nothing. Incorrect.
