So this ST, Nachos, UMA, and LT war against ACP is big!  We got 4 big armies going against ACP, the biggest army in Club Penguin Armies, to take down their nation.  This could be huge and ACP could lose (which I hope they will) or this could turn out like BA (Black Alliance) where ACP wins.  On Tuesday, January 31st, 2012 there is going to be some big invasions against ACP.  Three different armies invading three different ACP servers.  Although, ACP is not the only one being invaded, as a response to Nachos invading, ACP is invading about 3 different servers from Nachos.  Who knows how this will turn out in the end.  From what I think ACP is too much and it  should be taken over, but some people disagree with me I can understand that.  So I can’t wait until tomorrow, that is all for today CPUN, you will here the results from me tomorrow.

2.)  Get up to 6 armies, small, medium, large, world power- any army that will help and become a true part of the CPUN, the more the merrier.

3.) Reform for what we stand for, to reassure ourselves as an web of armies who speak for truth and justice, a grand alliance that fights against unfairness.

4.) Clear any inactive ‘staff’ members- excluding exceptions, while also adding other people to the CPUN.

5.) Hold a CPUN Rally for all the armies in the CPUN in Club Penguin- and attempt to get 20+ at least to attract attention.

6.) Challenge a Top Ten Army while using the CPUN as a figurehead for all the armies- gain attention.

7.) Prosper.

Easier said than done of course. I would do things like this. But I don’t have the….will to do so, nor the authority- in fact, I only wish to give guidance.

I think the CPUN needs a congress or something similar. 1 representative to each army, and we discuss important things, similar to GA’s, but we can propose alliances with other members, and just chat about how our army is doing.

Now, as you can see… I like to take charge of things, but I do respect decisions… so if no one likes my Army Bill, then I won’t propose.

Another plus to the Congress, is that CPUN Members will be able to vote and veto (vote against) acts and laws. If we can 10 votes towards an act, then it becomes a law, if we continue getting votes, then it becomes a bill and added to our Constitution, Bills can be vetoed if more then 30 votes against it… But I better finish this in a post, so…

This is where I finish my previous comment… I’m just gonna warn you, this is gonna be a long post.

From where I stand, as an army leader, I like having representation for my army. I like knowing my voice will be heard, and having a congress, will help with that… I’m not going to provide Health care or jobs. But I think have a CPUN Congress will help with activeness, and give armies a voice. Sure, you currently have a voice, but don’t you think that it would be so much better if someone else could do something right then and there?

Another thing I like is having people to back me up, and the CPUN can back you up if yo desire it,  and if we see it worth our time (even if we don’t, don’t take it the wrong way).

Back in the Color Wars, I lead the Black Team to victory multiple times. I was one of the first people to join after Oagal retired, and became 4ic very quickly. I quit the ACP, and joined the IW… I also quickly ranked up to 4ic, and retired. I then went inactive for awhile, and returned. I discovered that Club Penguin was having Ninjas, and as soon as possible, I got my black belt. I then discovered NAM (Ninja Army of Mammoth), and joined. I stayed in the NAM until ’08, where I quit, and then returned in ’09. I made the army called the Freedom Fighters. We got 15 at events, and then, everyone just left. I tried getting more and more people, but we just couldn’t get on at the same time. By which time, I saw Goldensonic5, the former leader of NAM. She told me how NAM had fallen apart, and we decided to make the Ninja Republic of CP. That lasted about 1 week, before I met Gostt on Mammoth. Gostt lead the Shadow Troops of Mammoth, and we became friends. We decided to “merge”, and created the Ninja Troops of CP. From here, we moved from army to army, some lasting a month, others lasting less then a week. When we finally found success with the CPEM (Club Penguin Elite Marines). By this time, I had Flare, Gostt, and I in the arsenal of leaders. We were nearly unstoppable, We made it all the way to 5th in SMAC’s top ten medium, when the troops just gave up. Flare got grounded, but after he got ungrounded, he was never the same. When Joseph, a fellow member of CPEM, showed Gostt and I a website that was the Club Penguin Rangers. I joined the CPR for one of the general ranks, and rose through the ranks incredibly fast. As it was, Fish was terribly inactive, and Red was having a heck of the time leading CPR alone. Gostt and I already knew we were gonna lead the CPR, and we were trained for the job. Gostt and I, were are the ultimate duo of leaders. While I am more of the face of the CPR, Gostt is what did the most work. He scheduled most events, and when I couldn’t make the events I scheduled, he lead them without hesitation. And, as most of you know, CPR made it all the way to #1 SMAC top ten small, and nearly made it to medium… I think. That was last year, 3rd generation. I call it now, the year of Club Penguin Private Servers.

Onward and Upward.

What do I plan to do with the CPUN?
I plan on making it stronger, hosting more events, etc.
I also plan on making a new bill for CP Armies, this bill forces all armies, both new and old, to fill out an official form to invade, raid, fight, etc. I know, some may think, “Sky… your going over the boundaries.” Well, this not only would prevent armies from un-officially invading servers from other armies, but we would have a general census of the Club Penguin Army world, how many armies, etc.

So, I don’t know who else would want to go for CPUN Head, (ATM, You’re already head… so really, you don’t count.)

I guess I better start out by introducing myself, My name is Luc, Lucster, Luc Norris, and of course Lucario564. I’ve been in armies since 08 and I’m here to revive this great alliance. And if you still don’t know who I am, look me up in the legends page under first generation!

Now I was just added to the site and I’ve been reading some of your concerns especially on Dee’s post. What CPUN needs is reform. And we need it IMMEDIATELY. The faster we can get CPUN up and running again the better.

To start off I need to know where we stand so I’m going to have a sort of “Active count” It’s not really an active count since this isn’t an army but it’s pretty much the same thing.

Continuing with Dee’s post, I would like to hear your guys’ ideas and what you guys think we should do.

My Idea -

• I’m thinking we should go old fashioned and have 2 or 3 people as CPUN “Chairman” who basically moderate situations, make meetings, and maintain the site.
• A President and Vice President who are elected and are basically in charge of making CPUN events, such as Tournaments, Practice Battles, ect as well as advertising and getting more armies to join
• And then we have the Delegates which are representatives from each army (Who are also on the CPUN site) Basically attend meetings, and make suggestions to the entire CPUN. They are the most important role. They are the voices of the small/medium/large armies.

And of course we would have a meeting once every 2 weeks to discuss issues, wars, ect.

This is just an idea under development, let me know your opinions.

I honestly didn’t think I’d be here any sooner. But here I am. First, let me take this opportunity to greet you all a belated Merry Christmas, and Happy New Year. I have to say, we all started out with a pretty food year. Much better than the beginning of 2010 – dawn of the news sites and monster corporations.

HOW ARE YOU ALL? How have things been? It’s been a while.
I stopped coming on here about 5 months ago. Time flies. After a few weeks of not coming on here, my life changed. I got along with a ton of people in my school and got along with people I didn’t get along with in the prior years but still maintained my friendship with all my friends. In simpler words, I became pretty popular. I had more time for other things and more time think about other things. I decided to take a little leave from internet ‘life’.

The year was great for me. I had been missing this for the past 2 years and have always felt like I was using up my youth. Was it a coincidence that I suddenly became more open when I stopped coming on here? I don’t know. But I needed the time to feel the warmth of the outside life after all this time. When I created the CPUN, I already had a great life. I never really put all my life into CP Warfare unlike other people, but the problem was when I moved country a few years back and it seemed like it was harder to get a hold of friends there.

I’ve recently moved country again and I’m very depressed. Color Peng, my brother whom you might remember showed me the site again and I was surprised to see that there are still quite a lot of people and some regular posts. No one has yet taken full control of the place though.

We’ve all aged a lot through the years. It’s good to see King Jared here, and King John, Wyosky, Charizard, Rex, Keith, and ATM and the others.

There I was, on a joyride of a life I had been missing all that time and was overwhelmed to finally feel it. I’m sure all of you would understand as well. It’s 2012, and I believe this alliance has a chance. It always has.

Yes. We WILL continue running this alliance. I don’t know if I have the guts to come back and get into things again like read the news and do the old routines but many of you are young. Many of you have also been with me all this time and I’d like to say we’ve done good. Now,

SHOULD WE REFORM THE CPUN BOARD AND ELECT NEW OFFICERS?
