The Secretary of Defense

Hey all, Term here.

I, as of a couple of days ago, am the official CPUN Secretary of Defense.

So what do I do as the CPUN SecDef?

I, along with the head of CPUN, hold the sole authority over the military forces of the CPUN, meaning we can launch attacks against opposing forces. I can also act as a witness for 24-hour invasion notices and declarations of war. I can also decide if a member of the CPUN may invade/declare war on another army, whether inside or out of the CPUN. So basically, I am in control of all martial actions carried out by the CPUN and/or its members.
